在今年（2012）的3月30日澳大利亞移民局公布了從今年7月1日開(kāi)始實(shí)施的新的技術(shù)移民簽證類(lèi)別。簽證類(lèi)別變化如下：
原來(lái)境內(nèi)遞簽的獨(dú)立技術(shù)移民簽證885和境外遞簽的獨(dú)立技術(shù)移民簽證175合并為獨(dú)立技術(shù)移民簽證189。原來(lái)境內(nèi)遞簽的州擔(dān)保和親屬擔(dān)保886簽證以及境外遞簽的州擔(dān)保和親屬擔(dān)保176簽證合并為擔(dān)保類(lèi)技術(shù)移民簽證190。原來(lái)的境內(nèi)遞簽的偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)擔(dān)保臨居技術(shù)移民簽證487和境外遞簽的偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)擔(dān)保臨居技術(shù)移民簽證475合并為偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)擔(dān)保臨居技術(shù)移民簽證489。

Visa validity

The expiry of this visa travel facility does not affect your permanent resident status if you are in Australia. However, if you want to continue to travel to and from Australia as a permanent resident after the initial visa has expired, you must obtain a Resident Return Visa （RRV）。Your eligibility for an RRV will depend on the period that you have resided in Australia.

總之，即在未來(lái)新的移民簽證架構(gòu)下，上述移民簽證不再分申請(qǐng)人是在境內(nèi)遞簽還是境外遞簽。但需要注意的是，就目前移民法的要求來(lái)說(shuō)境內(nèi)和境外移民簽證類(lèi)別對(duì)申請(qǐng)人的工作和學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的要求不完全一樣。所以7月1日上述境內(nèi)境外簽證類(lèi)別合二為一之后，是否對(duì)境內(nèi)外申請(qǐng)人的簽證和打分要求仍有區(qū)別我們只能在法律通過(guò)議會(huì)審核之后才能確認(rèn)。
